Specialty insurance company has an immediate opening for a Operations Manager in their Richmond office. Ideal candidate will effectively lead and mentor the underwriting department, monitor production and ensure overall growth, provide support and direction to assigned underwriters.

Qualifications:
•3-5 years of Middle Market Underwriting experience
•Bachelor’s Degree and designations preferred
