CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

  • Contacting PDA clients to complete inspections within our given time frame
  • Traveling varying distances to conduct appraisals
  • Cell phone or other device capable of taking quality photos and transmitting them
  • Submitting completed appraisals within given timeframe
  • Set your own schedule, how many assignments you are interested in completing in a day or week
  • Adjusters license where applicable
  • Minimum of 2 years of field claims experience
  • Ability to invoice for assignments completed

  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Professional business appearance
  • 100% travel is required for the contract
  • Experience preparing estimates with Mitchell
