10+ years Retail Agency experience required in a Management capacity. As the Manager of Commercial Lines you must be able to manage, motivate, inspire, and maximize efforts of a 12-20 person Commercial Lines Team.
Our office is a fast-paced, energetic Insurance operation that uses the AMS360 System.
As the Commercial Lines Manager you will be expected to know coverages, Carriers appetite for specific risks, workflow from application submittal, underwriting, rating and ultimately quoting & binding coverages and presentation to the customer.
Requirements:
- A valid Property & Casualty Insurance license a must. Insurance Industry designations helpful.
- Prior Insurance Agency Marketing background helpful,
- Hands-on experience handling large or complex Commercial Lines a plus
