We have an immediate opening for a motivated Account Executive with a desire to succeed! Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of Contract Surety experience, be self-driven, out-going and able to work in a fast paced environment.
This position will start out handling an existing book of business – creating renewal proposals, recommending proper coverages and client engagement, then transition into prospecting, soliciting, quoting and selling new accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
•Meeting with new and existing clients to build positive relationships
•Implementing successful marketing campaigns
•Developing sales goals and retaining a profitable book of business
•Documenting activities in agency management system (EPIC)
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree and designations preferred
•California Property & Casualty License or must be able to obtain
