We sell and service in the western United States with a 40,000+ client base.  We “home grow” most of our agents and promote from within.  Our Western Gold licensed insurance agents earn from the low $40’s to well over $100,000.  Western Gold supplies all leads. We never ask our Customer Service Representatives to “cold call”. Our agents thrive with a constant abundance of new eager insurance buyers responding to our continual $40,000 per month market campaign. 

Position Overview:

This is an Insurance career opportunity. Seeking a self-motivated, career oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Western Gold team.  The CSR will support the service needs of the clients as well as support our producer sales agents to meet the sales/marketing agency goals.  Our agency works with over 100 insurance carriers which initiates a high call volume.  The CSR must be a quick learner, able to multi-task, provide follow-up, be courteous and deliver a positive customer experience with every call.  Previous experience as a customer service representative preferred but not a necessity with the right work ethic.  

Position Requirements:

• Customer Service Representative must be self-motivated
• Customer Service Representative must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Customer Service Representative must be able to multi-task and stay organized
• Customer Service Representative must be a Team Player
• Excellent computer skills
• Punctual & dependable
• Customer Service Representative must believe and abide by our Core Values
• Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish) but not mandatory

Customer Service Representatives also will have the opportunity to become a licensed agent.  Western Gold will pay the cost of licensing.  Western Gold is one of the fastest growing independent insurance agencies in the Western U.S. with a great work environment.

Pay & Benefits:

• Compensation will be $15.00 to $19.00 per hour with commission sharing
