Commercial Account Manager will be managing current clients by providing quality expertise, timely service, and exceptional solutions to meet their needs. The Account Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Daily Correspondence with clients, producers and underwriters.
  • Maintain book of business for commercial lines accounts.
  • Process endorsements, cancellations, audits, recommendations and loss runs.
  • Add coverage and new lines of business to existing accounts.
  • Quote policies and process changes online with various insurance company website/systems.
  • Process new business and policy renewals.
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance
  • Issue financing, set up EFT, and address other billing issues as needed.

Company Description: Small Independent Insurance Agency, 2.6 million book of business, wide variety of commercial policies.

Requirements: Experience minimum of 4 years of recent AMS360, Experience in multiple types of commercial insurance policies, Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have your P&C License in residence state. High school graduate or GED required, Some college education preferred.
