Responsibilities  

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service is based on responding to inquiries regarding insurance claims that have been submitted.  
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to assist customers about their claim and connecting them to their assigned claims professional. 

Requirements  

  •     Bilingual - Spanish preferred 
  •     Excellent interpersonal skills 
  •     Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

  •     Self-motivated

  •     Dedicated to customer service
