Sam Bitar Agency, an independent agency serving the Amherst area is seeking a dynamic Personal Lines Account Manager to join the team. We offer all types of Personal Insurance coverages to our clients in New York including Auto, Homeowners, Motorcycle, Boat & Watercraft, and Flood Insurance.
What will you be doing:
- Responsible for servicing all aspects of personal lines account including renewals, endorsements, certificate changes, and all other customer needs
- Account retention is a key part of the position
- Cross-selling opportunities
What qualifications you need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience serving personal lines account in an independent agency/broker setting.
- Good technical understanding of personal lines coverages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
