Job Description

The ESS (Employee Shared Services) Workforce Solutions Analyst is a seasoned individual contributor who will report directly to the ESS Workforce Technology Manager. On a day-to-day basis, this person will work directly with Allstates Human Resources business partners supporting them in navigating ATSV and other Allstate AORs. This person will also support the HR business partners in defining technology options/recommendations, delivery structure and operating model, delivery timelines and next steps, as well as to drive work efforts forward.

Job Qualifications

    3+ years of experience in IT delivery Experience integrating with a variety of e-learning platforms and digital learning tools (e.g., Plateau, Pluralsight, Sum Total, Cornerstone, etc. Experience developing web services and APIs (RESTful, etc.) Experience with data migration Fundamental understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (e.g. OAuth, basic authentication, etc.) Fundamental understanding of database technologies (Oracle and/or SQL) Familiar with Continuous integration and deployment such as Github, Jenkins, etc. Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) - (such as SAP SuccessFactors LMS) Familiar with SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) is a plus Proficient in at least one programming language is a plus
