    In this position you will complete data entry into various membership systems in order to create various types of new memberships, add associates/products, cancel products or membership and update contact information. Operate remittance equipment such as OPEX Eagle and Falcon Reds including system capture of account and payment information for all mail types, validating check data to ensure negotiability and billings for policy cancel status. Analyze incoming membership documents for accuracy and completeness and determine appropriate resolution. Process one-time and recurring credit card payments including set up of AAAauto Pay forms. Perform equipment maintenance on hardware including replacement of tapes, belts, ink reservoirs and vacuum cleaning. 


    Qualifications


    High school diploma or GED. One year of Membership experience preferred and one year minimum customer service or payment processing/lockbox operation experience is required.

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred. Professional communication skills is required; both written and oral. 10-key by touch experience is required. Mechanically inclined preferred. General organizational and time management skills is also required.

    Candidates that are selected must be able to pass an extensive background check and a hair follicle drug analysis.
