As a Workers Compensation Claims Representative Trainee, you will have the opportunity to apply your education, and skills in a collaborative work environment in cross-functional teams, contributing to the ongoing success of our members and organization. Reporting within CIRMA’s Workers Compensation Claims department, providing prompt and courteous service to the CIRMA-member employer and the injured employee by analyzing claims, determining compensability, setting the reserves and managing all claims to closure in the most efficient and effective manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
  •  1 or more years of experience
  •  Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  •  Strong collaborative and time management skills.
  •  Valid CT Adjusters License a plus.
  •  Microsoft Office a plus.
