Entry Level Sales Professional - Houston Area - We Train!
The Entry Level Account Manager is for individuals who are new to Insurance Sales and do not currently have a license to sell insurance. We will pay for all licensing, training, leads, and materials and only ask that you provide your professionalism, dedication, and effort. Additionally, we will pay for educational courses involved in your insurance training which include prep courses for the State mandated insurance exam.
Furthermore, commissions are advanced to the agent, providing 50% to 75% annual commissions paid directly to you the week the business processes. Agent commissions are paid by the end of the business week on all non-group business and group business commissions are paid the week of payment.
We also start the Entry Level Account Manager with the local Area Manager for training and development. Before we expect you to succeed, we will show you how to perform sales the NFC way!
