We’re currently partnered with an expanding Texas-based Wholesale Brokerage that’s looking for an Associate Broker for their Dallas Office.

This position will support a Broker with a large Fleet book of Fleet business and the primary function will be to assist the broker with the marketing and servicing of insurance placements. Will also be responsible for assisting in identifying and analyzing client exposures and determine which markets to utilize, ensuring thorough evaluation of qualified companies in the marketplace.

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an experience in an  MGA or Wholesale Broker.
• Texas P&C or Broker’s License is required
• Bachelors degree is required 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Proficiency in PC office products such as Word, Excel. Power Point and Outlook is required.
• Ability to become proficient in the use of specific software tools, i.e. AIM, ImageRight, Salesforece.com, etc
