Insurance career opportunity.  Dream position as CSR or Agent.  Previous experience preferred but not a necessity with the right work ethic.  Join our Western Gold team supporting our Producers or as a licensed agent/producer.

Customer Service Representatives also will have the opportunity to become a licensed agent.  Western Gold will pay the cost of licensing.  Western Gold is one of the fastest growing independent insurance agencies in the Western U.S. with a great work environment. (see our video)

Western Gold has a unique insurance opportunity not offered by almost any other insurance agency.  We sell and service in the western United States with a 40,000 plus client base.  We “home grow” most of our agents and promote from within.  Our Western Gold licensed insurance agents earn from the low $50’s to well over $100,000.  Western Gold supplies all leads.

Our agents thrive with a constant abundance of new eager insurance buyers responding to our continual $50,000 per month market campaign.  We never ask our agents to “cold call”.

Compensation will be $16.00 to $20.00 per hour (TBD) with commission sharing, health insurance, incentives and bonuses.  This combination will push your hourly compensation well over $20.00 an hour.  Some of our Agents earn over $70.00 per hour.
