Growing P&C Insurance Agency has an immediate need for a Client Service Manager. In this highly visible role, the main focus will be to assess, refine and improve the overall client experience.
This person will be tasked with finding ways to improve client service, implement changes and then continually train a multi-office staff. The position requires travel between multiple office in the Atlanta and Northern Georgia area. However, the person will report to, and must live near, the Alpharetta location.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Georgia P&C License and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service. Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced, growth minded environment.
Experience with EPIC is strongly preferred, however any experience with agency management software will suffice. Must be detail oriented, highly organized and be able to coach and mentor staff.
