Top Insurance carrier in the Tampa Bay area is seeking a Commercial Lines Underwriter to join their growing team.
In this highly technical role, and you will be responsible for underwriting the commercial risk and determine whether to accept or decline the coverage based on the company’s guidelines. Will manage a territory, maintain relationships with brokers and analyze new and renewal business. Must have excellent communications skills, with strong customer service and computer skills, that is detailed oriented and extremely organized.
Preferably seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of Commercial Underwriting experience. An insurance designations is highly desired. This sought after company offers excellent benefits, competitive salary and a great work environment.
