Stable insurance carrier looking to add a Commercial Auto Underwriter to their team. Due to an internal promotion, this is a great opportunity to join this dynamic team! Company offers on the job training, if you have some exposure to underwriting (minimum of 6 months personal or commercial lines experience) and you are looking to jump start your career, now is your chance!
Will rate and prepare quotes, working with agencies and policyholders offering outstanding customer service. Issue policies, make recommendations for renewal business and placement of reinsurance when necessary.
Minimum of 6 months experience. Associates or Bachelor degree preferred, experience handling Commercial Auto Underwriting desired but not required. Strong customer service skills, ability to communicate at all levels.
