Sales - Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance

Insurance Sales Agent position located in Kennesaw, GA.  This position's focus is to sell property and casualty insurance products to meet customers insurance needs and provide superior service with high ethical standards.

Position Responsibilities:

• Property and Casualty Sales Agent will Sell both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance
• Property and Casualty Sales Agent Must be able to commute to and from Kennesaw office daily
• Property and Casualty Sales Agent must have the Ability to work and quote with multiple carriers and computer systems
• Property and Casualty Sales Agent responsible for Scheduling (using Microsoft Outlook) with office administrators for client assistance and reviews
• Willingness to work with existing clients, and must establish new clients through centers of influence and/or networking
• Conduct sales efforts by calling, emailing and/or mailing potential clients to offer them insurance coverage
• Preform new business follow ups – getting required back up for underwriting post bind, and/or thank you cards, ask for referrals
• Keep management informed - submitting weekly activity reports, and updates as requested for sales pipeline
• Ability to process deposits for policy activation
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and goals as needed
• Maintain Ethical duties and responsibilities of being an insurance agent and stay informed of the insurance industry to remain competitive
• Maintain necessary CE required for licenses renewal – company offers reimbursement program
• Meet Individual Production Goals - if hourly option for pay is of interest, will be required to meet productions goals as well

Position Requirements:

• Required - Active - GA Property & Casualty License
• At least 1 year insurance sales experience - preferred
• Must have the ability to keep up in a fast paced office, must have organizational skills, able to multi-task, able to handle change
