Overview

CopperPoint is seeking to hire a Policy Contract Center Representative. This position will deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced contact center environment while investigating and responding to incoming policy telephone inquiries, faxes, and emails. This includes inquiries from new/existing policyholders, agents/brokers, claimants, DOI, attorneys, NCCI, and the Industrial Commission of Arizona (ICA). Effectively utilize knowledge of Workers' Compensation laws, rules and regulations and company policy and procedures to build stellar customer relationships. Answer questions regarding policy inquiries and updates in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide stellar customer service to maximize customer loyalty and retention. This includes inquiries from new/existing policyholders, agents/ brokers, claimants, DOI, attorney s, NCCI, and the Industrial Commission of Arizona (ICA).
  • Utilize technical skills and industry knowledge to investigate and respond to incoming telephone calls, faxes and emails from customers and stakeholders inquiring about their existing policy, or requesting a new
  • Answer questions and assist with service requests incluing certificate of insurance, waivers, payroll reports, audits, billing, pend/cancel status, refund s, financial reconciliations, loss run requests, policy change requests, policy renewal/non-renewal, and all other policy inquiries.
  • Provide service to policyholders regarding registration and the use of on-line These on-line services include paying on-line, reporting payroll, certificates of insurance, and report of injury.
  • Cross-team collaboration with Business Center, Premium Audit, Underwriting, Accounting, Loss Control, Claims, and PACTS to ensure a stellar customer

Qualifications

  • BS/BA college degree, preferred. Substitution for education: full-time work experience in insurance, workers' compensation can be substituted on a year for year basis.
