Account Executive - Commercial Lines -Transportation

We are seeking an energetic, client focused Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our growing team.  You will provide day-to-day customer support which includes assisting clients in making policy changes as well as educating them about coverage options. Our office is in Pearl River, NY. 

Responsibilities:

• Account Executive will Assist producers in rounding out existing accounts along with marketing and coverage analysis, in support of the producer.
• Account Executive will Analyze and evaluate new risks.
• Account Executive will Provide new/renewal quotes, review endorsements and policy changes.
• Account Executive will Issue binders, manage non-renewals, cancellations & any other tasks necessary to support the clients’ needs.
• Account Executive will Ensure accurate file and data base set up.
• Account Executive will Review loss history and communicate accurate information.
• Account Executive will Attach documentation and communications in our AMS360 system.
• Account Executive will Demonstrate a proactive and systematic approach to information gathering, analysis and problem solving.

Requirements:

• High School / GED Education required.  College Degree preferred.
• Valid P&C Insurance License required
• 3-5 years’ Account Executive experience within Commercial Lines
• Working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
• Possess excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
• Must be reliable and possess the ability to work within a team environment.
• Must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
• Must possess attention to detail.
• Must be able to keep information confidential.
