We are seeking an energetic, client focused Commercial Lines Jr. Account Executive to join our growing team.  You will provide day-to-day customer support which includes assisting clients in making policy changes as well as educating them about coverage options. We have offices in both New York City and Lake Success, NY. This position can be based out of either location.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Executive will Assist the management of a commercial Lines book of business.
  • Account Executive will Assist producers with the solicitation of new business and the development of existing accounts. Analyze and evaluate new risks.
  • Account Executive will Evaluate client renewals, provide new/renewal quotes, review endorsements and policy changes. 
  • Account Executive will Analyze and evaluate new risks. 
  • Account Executive will Provide renewal Quotes, review endorsements and policy changes.
  • Account Executive will Issue binders, handle non-renewals and cancellations.
  • Account Executive will Ensure accurate file and data base set up.

Requirements:

  • High School / GED Education required.  College Degree preferred.
  • Valid P&C Insurance License required
  • 1-3 years’ Account Executive experience within Commercial Lines
  • Working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (MS Office)
  • Possess excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
  • Must be reliable and possess the ability to work within a team environment.
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Must possess attention to detail.
  • Must be able to keep information confidential.
