Top Insurance Agency is seeking an Employee Benefits Analyst to quote and create proposals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office that is highly technical. We are looking to hire a career motivated Analyst to pull data, reports and create proposals. Will work with carrier vendors to get quotes, compare insurance rates and compile benefits/financial data for analysis to build spreadsheets. Ideal candidate could be a recent college graduate with a marketing or an analytics degree, an Excel expert or a benefits insurance specialist with 1-2 years’ experience preparing proposals. Candidate must be a team player, with excellent communication, problem solving and computer skills. Should know how to prioritize task with excellent time management and organizational skills.
