Solid Agency in Clearwater Florida is looking for a Bilingual Personal Lines Inside Sales Representative or a strong Personal Lines Account Manager with at least 2 years’ experience and a 2-20 to handle warm leads, walk ins, and incoming calls to sell Personal Lines products. This person would also be responsible for contacting the current client list to round out accounts and will handle some light servicing of the book. We’re looking for someone that has independent agency experience with multiple carriers. This is a fast-paced agency and they are looking for someone with strong multi-tasking skills as well as organizational skills. Must be a problem solver, customer oriented and ready to sell. The compensation package includes a competitive salary plus a generous commission split and benefits.
