As a manager of our clients claims team, you will be responsible for overseeing claims team members and their daily operations, including performance and development. Utilizing your knowledge of workers compensation and supervision to oversee a team that independently investigates, evaluates and resolves assigned claims in order to achieve appropriate outcomes.
