Insurance Placement Solutions has an immediate opening for an Auto Property Damage Claims Supervisor with our client in their Phoenix, AZ location.

Auto Property Damage Claims Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Reviewing, adjusting and payment of claims within a particular line of business
  • May handle one or a combination of the following lines of business within a geographical territory:
  • Direct supervision of claims representatives
  • Monitors and manages unit performance objectives
  • Delivers a positive customer service experience to all internal, external, current and prospective customers
  • Identifies, develops and retains high potential and high performing associates who have the potential for or are ready to fill critical roles in the organization.
  • Responsible for the management of associates including performance management, salary planning and administration, training and development, workflow planning, hire and placement, and disciplinary actions

    • Experience

  • 5+ years claims management experience
  • Prior experience managing auto property damage claims adjusters
    • Education
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred
