Regional Loss Control Manager – Healthcare

General Placement Service is partnering with a leading, national writer of coverage for the healthcare industry.  Our client is hiring a Senior Loss Control Representative to manage the upper mid-west region (mostly Chicago area) providing excellent service to their insureds and agents in the region. 

The duties include pre-underwriting reports, post incident investigations, and primarily functions as a loss control and patient safety resources for every insured and agent. This includes providing updates to changes in the local, state, and national laws that govern various healthcare providers. They insure hospital systems, clinics, surgery centers, and various other providers in the region both through direct to the insured and traditional retail broker relationships.
 
To be qualified candidates must have 5-10 years of patient safety, risk management, or loss control experience focused in the healthcare space. Candidates with a clinical background as an RN or Healthcare provider are going to be given preference.
