Position:              Digital Marketing Specialist

Location:             Dallas, Texas

Job Description

Hallmark is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance the company’s digital presence and drive tactical execution of the company’s digital plans for both internal and external constituencies.  In addition, this role will assist in the development of the company’s social media strategy and will establish best practices for all digital platforms. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize the company’s websites (and intranet), and update website content changes as needed by key stakeholders
  • Manage social media posts, and develop creative and targeted programs and promotional strategies
  • Create and optimize digital creative; develop targeted social media programs and promotional strategies
  • Measure, analyze and present performance results against established business objectives
  • Reporting of digital campaigns, website and search analytics, and social media KPIs
  • Own the user engagement and business impact of the digital platforms
  • Build SEO and enhance company brand
  • Identify opportunities, trends and features in the social media space
  • Help with company events as needed

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar

2+ years of related digital and social marketing experience required

Familiar with social media management tools and best practices

Print and digital design expertise

Knowledge of website optimization, SEO best practices, and Google Analytics

Copywriting skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to prioritize multiple competing tasks

Ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization

Solid understanding of the principles of branding and brand marketing

Microsoft office suite

Insurance or Financial Services experience a plus
