Summary:

This individual is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Risk Management Department.

Essential Job Functions:

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks for the Risk Management Department.
  • Assist with management of Risk Management Center – approving clients, updating documents and providing client support.
  • Coordination of client round-tables, forums, meetings and webinars including reserving venues, sending invitations, follow-ups, monitoring attendance and printing of name tags.
  • Format and organize information to distribute to individual clients or client groups.
  • Assist Risk Management Consultants with document and presentation preparation and proofreading.
  • Manage client contacts lists and email groupings for communications.
  • Obtain loss runs from carriers and assist with generating loss analysis reports for clients.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • Experience with planning, communicating and promoting group events.
  • Proficient with major software and technologies.

Physical Requirements

  • Standing for up to three hours at a time;
  • Walking;
  • Lifting and carrying a minimum of five pounds;
  • Sitting for up to seven hours per day;
  • Going up and down stairs approximately two times per day;
  • Working on a computer with multiple monitors for seven hours per day;
  • Speaking and listening clearly during telephone conversations.
  • Ability to travel to, clients, company meetings, etc.
