The Employee Benefits Compliance and Quality Assurance Analyst is an insurance job opening in New York City. A newly created role, working for a national non-profit organization that recently celebrated its 100th year of service, you work in the company’s benefits administration team.  You report to the Director of Compliance and are responsible for the following:

  •  Quality assurance; documenting policies and procedures
  • Monitoring operational compliance
  • Managing vendor compliance
  • Risk audits; detecting issues and errors

Experience and Skills: Bachelor’s degree is required plus a minimum of seven (7) years in benefits administration, quality assurance and/or compliance. Technical life and health insurance knowledge in plans such as group health, life, disability, worksite and pension).
