This position will support the firm's Insurance group and oversee large-scale regulatory filings. This role will be responsible for contributing to client's corporate governance responsibilities by collecting data, analyzing reports and synthesizing this information into quarterly and annual regulatory reports.
- Manage project life cycle of filing quarterly and annual regulatory reports by developing project plans, resources and timelines;
- Execute successful completion of projects ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance guidelines;
- Responsible for data management including: compile, organize, summarize and prepare recommendations for quarterly and annual regulatory reports;
- Complete insurance regulations forms in compliance with regulatory requirements while managing competing deadlines and priorities;
- Communicate and report project status updates to stakeholders;
- Leverage file sharing software and client software;
- Identify issues, risks and solutions and recommend future opportunities;
- Perform other tasks related to regulatory matters and assist the Insurance group as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years project management experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in professional services, preferably in a corporate practice at a law firm or corporate legal department
- Experience with insurance or other corporate regulatory reporting
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with Bridgeway software and file sharing software
