Overview
NSM Insurance Group is looking for a Sr. Marketing Specialist who will oversee our collector car programs. This role will lead planning and execution of marketing programs inclusive of print, digital, OOH, and events/conferences.
- This role requires to work out both our Conshohocken office and weekly meetings in our Cherry Hill, NJ offices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing Director and NSM Program Directors to develop marketing plans for the calendar year and ad hoc opportunities
- Assist with the development of communication strategies and sales messaging- collaborate and brief in Advertising Specialist and copywriter for design and copy/content needs
- Execute campaign tactics and activities outlined in annual marketing plan
- Work with the Marketing Director to create content for marketing materials and communications including but not limited to: press releases, FAQs, brochures, 1-pagers, website content, internal communications, infographics, PowerPoints and similar presentations, and marketing emails (in coordination with Advertising Specialist)
- Stay up to date on industry & competitor news
- Conduct a quarterly competitive analysis and present to core team and Program Directors
- Provide insights to inform campaign opportunities and messaging
- Consistently look for new opportunities and ways to grow program success
- Provide KPIs and optimization recommendations for ongoing campaign evaluation
Marketing Administration
- Assist with marketing administrative duties including, but not limited to:
- Weekly status, project tracking, and organization of campaign efforts including financials
- Coordination of tasks and mailings for events and campaigns
Marketing Campaigns: All Channels
- Assist with content development and messaging for email communications
- Collaborate and oversee design of digital materials including emails, landing pages, advertising campaign assets, forms, and invitations
- Perform website QA with IT team to ensure successful campaign launches
- Plan social media strategy and oversee social media coordinator with successful execution
- Review social media profiles (specific to auto) for continuous optimizations and opportunities to drive program success
- Curate and develop content for social media profiles and blogs
- Review competitive activity including websites, news, social media, advertising programs, and trends to inform ongoing efforts
- Plan, negotiate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, OOH, and promotions/events
Event Marketing
- Assist Program Director and Event Coordinator with planning and execution of event strategies
- Manage event schedules and ensure events/shows are prepared in collaboration with Program Director and Marketing team
Qualifications
- Up to 5 years of Marketing experience; B2C experience preferred- Auto a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field
- Strong writing skills and analytical skills
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Office 365, Powerpoint, Word
- Must have experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and Analytics, and Email marketing tools
- Outgoing and positive personality with outstanding communication skills a must
- Independent, self-starter willing to work with program directors
- Willing to travel to Cherry Hill, NJ 35% of the time
