Donegal Insurance Group has an opening for a Claims Manager to join our Duluth, Georgia office.

The Claims Manager is responsible for the overall management of the claims department, providing quality leadership and guidance. The position includes the management and handling of property and casualty claims in compliance with established company standards and guidelines:

• Manage claims staff in the handling of claims
• Daily work assignments
• Examine file handling to determine company standards are being followed
• Monitor reserves for adequacy and activity
• Evaluate the development and ongoing training of staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years experience claims management
• Possess strong technical claims handling skills, results oriented with strong investigative abilities
