Large growing insurance agency is looking for a person to lead a very experience dynamic multi office benefits group. Will be responsible for setting strategic director leading a world class support team. Driving new business revenue. The ideal person will have been in a leadership position where they you would have a track record of growth and both employee and client retention. Must be a person that is charismatic and an influencer in the business, The team you will lead and mange had folks from entry level to 20 plus years exp They work hard and play hard. The team you will manage is well over 50 employees. Company or agency background would be ideal. They would like some credentials and a four year degree.
