Personal Lines CSR

TWFG retail branch office located in Magnolia, TX is seeking a Personal Lines customer service representative (CSR) to join their growing team.

This position will be primarily responsible for servicing and cross selling current client base which will include:  quoting, servicing, preparation, maintaining and filing paperless database, cross-selling and other various projects.  This is an inside sales and servicing position for an independent agency.  Seeking a candidate with a proven track record of working from home as we do not have an office located in Denver.

Position Requirements:

  • Customer Service Representative must have a CO General Lines PC License (Candidates without a license will not be considered)
  • Customer Service Representative must have 2 years of experience in an independent insurance office
  • Customer Service Representative must have experience with commercial insurance in addition to personal lines experience preferred
  • Customer Service Representative must have strong work ethic, multi-tasking, talented telephone presence and character to win relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, EXCEL is required
  • Acrobat and Electronic Signature software experience is required
