We have a great opportunity to add two new team members in our Downtown Portland location in our Insurance Policy Service team!

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Obtain the appropriate information necessary to make changes to in-force policies directly from customers via telephone.
  • Make changes to insurance policies and conduct follow ups to make sure changes are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Completing activities in applied software program (EPIC)
  • Supporting agents in developing expiration dates and leads for insurance sales from member contact opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience

P&C Insurance license preferred but not required. Two years’ experience or equivalent as an insurance licensed customer service representative preferred. High school education or equivalent required.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Position requires customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to make decisions using sound judgment and use discretion
  • Basic computer and match skills required

Normal working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
