We’re currently parented with an expanding MGA that is looking for an Underwriting Analyst for their office in the Atlanta area. They will be responsible for Invoice policies/certificates, organize, and coordinate the servicing of new and renewal accounts according to Company guidelines and instructions from assigned underwriters. Provide high quality professional service to Agents/Brokers and Companies.

Qualified Candidates should possess the following:

At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar office setting, i.e. paralegal, finance, account management, and etc.

Prior knowledge and understanding of components of insurance policies/certificates, commercial multi-line underwriting and rating would be a plus

Must have ability to use company automation systems.

Ability to develop, foster, and maintain an excellent working relationship with clients.

Ability to work in a team environment essential.

Maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry.

Good written and oral skills are required.

Degree is strongly preferred, but not required.
