Commercial Multiline Field Production Underwriter - work from home - Kansas City, Kansas
Growing and profitable Property and Casualty Insurance company with strong employee satisfaction ratings is seeking a Senior Commercial Production Field Underwriter for their Kansas territory.  Candidates will be responsible for the underwriting and marketing of true middle market, multiline commercial accounts in Kansas.  You will have the opportunity to build this company's presence in the state.  This is a Remote position and is a true Field Underwriter role, involving agency marketing 40+% of the time and underwriting accounts out of the office in your home.  The company would prefer the person in the Kansas City general area.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' commercial underwriting experience in a Property and Casualty Insurance carrier
• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to develop strong agency/broker relationships. 
• Excellent agency relationships in  Kansas are essential
• Solid track record for successful book growth results
• Good agency marketing and presentation skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
