Top Insurance Company in the Tampa Bay area is seeking an inside Claims Examiner to handle homeowners property claims. Must have 2+ years of property (residential) claims experience, preferably with a carrier or TPA background. Will only consider adjusters with a stable work history. Bachelor's / Associates degree or insurance designation is strongly desired along with a claims 620 license. In this role, you will be responsible reviewing written estimates from IA's and handle the claims start to finish. You must be comfortable with multi-peril property claims and handling all phases of the claims process. There will be a lot of reviewing of claims, so attention to detail and negotiating skills is a must. Must have stellar customer service skills to work with insured and close out pending claims in a timely manner. Our client offers a full suite of health and retirement benefits.
