Our client is looking for a Surety Bond Manager to handle a large book of Transactional Commercial Surety Bonds. The ideal candidate will have a background in underwriting, production and marketing within the fidelity and surety industry.
The Bond Manager has a wide-variety of responsibilities including:
•Building and maintaining relationships with business partners
•Analyzing financial information on bond renewals and underwriting submissions
•Accepting or rejecting each risk within guidelines in a timely manner
•Managing marketing campaigns and developing new leads
•Adhering to each surety company’s granted Line of Authority
•Maintaining accurate documentation and information
•Staying current with new and changing regulations and laws
Qualifications:
•8 - 10+ years of experience with Commercial Surety
•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
•AFSB Designation
•PA Property & Casualty License
•Knowledge of AMS systems
