Donegal Insurance Group has an opening for a Claims Processor to join our Le Mars, Iowa office.

About the role:

A full-time entry-level support position is immediately available in our Claims Department. Ideal candidates will have excellent PC knowledge, data entry skills, and telephone skills. Individuals will perform various functions in the claims process - including entering new losses into our system and answering phone calls from our customers. Winning attitude and willingness to work as team player are musts. Additional job duties include:

• Effectively scan and index claims department mail

• Enter new losses, glass claims, and reinsurance entry

• Accurately submit first reports of new injuries to the state on workers compensation claims

• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• College Degree or relatable insurance industry work experience a plus
