Inviting applications for the role of Licensed Liability Adjuster, Material Damage
In this role, you will be responsible for the management of independent adjuster assignments involving negligence investigation and material damage claim resolution. This role is responsible for managing quality assurance, performance, and training activates with field adjusters, clients, attorneys, and medical providers. The position is involved in developing and implementing on-going strategies, enhancing processes, materials, and communication tools. This position works closely in meeting client performance and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivated.
- Strong customer service skills
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Must present themselves in a professional manner on a day to day basis for clients/ insured
- Ability to meet and document strict timelines for review and upload of work product
- Understand and apply general policy conditions and coverage application
- Advanced knowledge and experience in negligence investigations across multiple state venues
- Ability to communicate auto repair estimates, calculate total loss settlements, and negotiate agreed prices with body shops and vehicle owners as required
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Maintain adjuster license (s) as required by state regulations
Preferred qualifications
- College Diploma or commensurate work experience
- Minimum 7 years previous Material Damage Liability Claims handling with multi-state experience
- Georgia P&C Adjuster license and other state adjuster licenses
