Position Overview:

Seeking experienced property claims manager. 

Candidate requirements:

• Educational qualification - College degree in a field with transferrable skills
• Must have 10 to 12 years' experience in adjusting Property claims, preferably with team leading experience. (worked with Carrier or with TPAs)
• Must be well versed with adjusting guidelines and industry practices
• Ability to guide team in claim adjusting guidelines and statutory requirmens
• Working knowledge in leading estimating platforms - XactAnalsis and Symbility
• Exceptional influence skills as well as the ability to manage complexity/ambiguity in an ever-changing environment
• Strong communicator, both written, verbal and presentation skills must be excellent
• High results-orientation and inspiring, engaging leadership style
• Good/excellent computer skills
• Ability to work with all Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Word, Excel and Access
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Good People management skills
• Ability to Multi-Task, detail Oriented and deadline driven
• High level of professionalism
