Position Summary
The Data Analyst role establishes and conducts auditing and reconciliation processes and procedures. This position is responsible for examining, auditing, and reconciling inbound and outbound data. The position creates custom reports and document audit results.

 

Essential Functions

  • Establishes auditing and reconciliation processes and procedures internally and with eligibility and PBM vendor trading partners 
  • Writes and revises quality assurance procedures and processes
  • Conducts internal daily eligibility and PBM file audits
  • Runs daily inbound and outbound file programs 
  • Creates custom reports through the use excel and access  
  • Reformats eligibility data reports into loadable formats 
  • Reviews and creates inbound files and outbound eligibility/accumulator extracts reports
  • Monitors daily error reports
  • Reviews and addresses eligibility file data errors with appropriate parties/vendors
  • Examines, reconciles, and approves vendor partner invoices
  • Reports audit and error report findings and develop recommendations for remediation of any identified findings
  • Develops recommendations for improvements to existing systems and/or processes
  • Participates in reviewing data for departmental and divisional projects as assigned

Skills & Abilities

  • Microsoft Excel – intermediate or better

Experience

  • 2-5 years related experience

 Education

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
