The Operations Manager oversees the assigned market's Field Operations team to maintain prompt, efficient and courteous service to AAA members on a 24 hour, 365-day basis. The position initiates all Club and National strategies throughout the contractor network. The Operations Manager will be responsible for alternate plans of operation to performance goals and department objectives.


Responsible for the efficient, effective operation of the Field Operations team for the assigned market, ensuring that all National AAA and Club standards for service and response time are at or above levels. Ensures that adequate external resources are in place to provide quality emergency road service to all AAA members in all locations at all times. Monitors service levels to ensure quality; analyzes trends and takes appropriate action to correct or improve service deficiencies within the contract network. Designs and implements plans which improve efficiency and servic3 for contract network, institutes ongoing improvements to technology and assists with implementation, training and delivery. Provides guidance, training, leadership, and coaching. Interpreting policies and procedures and communicating changes.









*         College-level business education or equivalent business experience.

*         Prior experience in service or automotive industry environment.

*         Minimum 5 years leadership in positions of increasing responsibility.

*         Demonstrates the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.

*         Computer literacy.

*         Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and customer service skills.

*         Effectively communicate, verbal and written, at all organizational levels.
