Our office in Mesa is searching for a bright, friendly individual for a newly vacation Underwriting Manager for an underwriting department which services multiple states.   

Qualified professionals should have 5-10 years of underwriting experience within an auto insurance environment.  Agency experience is a definite plus. A minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial capacity with thorough knowledge of Arizona and New Mexico states insurance a must.  Leadership/team development skills necessary to develop promote and improve customer service while maintaining quality of performance.  Position requires an individual with a “hands-on” management style who is flexible and willing to participate and assist with customer service. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience necessary.  Excellent communication, analytical and mathematical skills required as well as being detail oriented.
