We are a successful, fast growing Property & Casualty Insurance group of companies headquartered in Miami, Florida.  We are looking for a Trainer for our Tampa Call Center who will design and facilitate training for all call center employees as part of the new hire onboarding process, as well as ongoing training as needed. 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as an internal training resource for all call center staff.
  • Design and deliver training for new hires and existing employees as needed.
  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of training programs via objective metrics and evaluations, making recommendations for changes and improvements as needed.
  • Demonstrate extraordinary collaboration, team and consensus building in working with internal and external cross functional business partners.
  • Work with Quality Assurance team to identify gaps in knowledge and/or skills and develops training to address them. 

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 1 year auto insurance customer service experience
  • Minimum 3 years call center experience
  • Minimum 2 years training and facilitation experience in a customer service organization 
  • Experience delivering training content in a variety of delivery modes (i.e., Computer Based Training, Facilitated Classroom Training, Individualized Training, etc.) and for employees at all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Dependable self-starter who knows no hurdles
