Key Responsibilities:
- Overall Servicing of an assigned book of accounts. Have the ability to analyze situations, identify problems and recommend solutions
- Respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain, update & process current client policy information (including invoicing) through the utilization of our Applied systems
- Preparation of renewal submissions and marketing/negotiation with insurance Carriers
- Presentation of Renewal Quotes to Clients as well as binding and invoicing (including finance request if applicable)
- Mentor and guide Technical Associate
- Pursue a program of professional development
Requirements:
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years P & C insurance experience
- Property & Casualty License Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel. AMS 360 experience preferred. .
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
