The Treasury Services Coordinator will be responsible for monthly reconciliations for client Citibank accounts. Treasury Service Coordinator will need to complete all New Business banking setup as well as existing business banking changes (BPO & ASO).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Monthly Reconciliations of client accounts through Great Plains
- New business banking setup (BPO & ASO)
- Existing business banking changes (BPO & ASO)
- Vendor maintenance for print fulfillment
- VCC/EFT Implementation & support
- Check Tracer processes
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Word – basic level
Excel – Intermediate Level
Access – Basic level
Excellent organizational skills
Experience
Accounting or reconciliation background preferred
