VP of Sales (Life) - Bi-Lingual English / Spanish

Miami based Life Insurance Agency (MGA) is in need of a well qualified  Bi-Lingual English/Spanish Vice-President of Sales to assist with the growth of their specialized organization. Highly respected in the industry representing various life insurance companies the company will be expanding into other states.  The Vice President of Sales will lead the company into its new business development expansion plans and should  have experience as a Brokerage Director, Territory Manager or existing VP of a Life Insurance Company. The VP of Sales should have expertise in building and recruiting new agents, contacts with insurance carriers and a following of agents. Prefer 6+ years managing an agency and a sales force, hold an active 2-15, 2-18 license appointed with carriers. This position will prepare and oversee the hiring, production, carrier and agent reports. The position reports directly to the President. Salary level to $150K based on exp.,also offering an incentive program and full benefits.
