Commercial Property Claims Adjuster

Commercial Property Claims Adjuster is for an experienced Claims Specialist with at least three (3) years of autonomous case handling.  You’ll provide appropriate reporting and recommendations on reserving and plan of action.  You’ll act independently to evaluate claims within assigned dollar authority.

• The types of claims will vary (all commercial property, many E&S).  Examples range from vacant property, multi-family housing unit and hotels to manufacturing, schools, municipalities and commercial real estate.
• Required Experience: 3 years minimum claims adjusting experience (commercial property). Adjuster’s license. Specialized claims handling (policy interpretation for standard and manuscript forms, damage assessment, expert selection and adjustment documentation).
